Resistivity, Thermoelectric Power and Magnetoelectric Effect in Ni0.7Co0.3Fe2O4 + Ba0.7Pb0.3TiO3 Composites

(y)Ni0.7Co0.3Fe2O4 + (1-y) Ba0.7Pb0.3TiO3 composites were prepared using ceramic method. The phase analysis was carried out by X-ray diffraction technique. It has confirmed that no impurity phase is present in the composites. The dc resistivity, thermo emf studied as a function of temperature. The value of static magnetoelectric conversion factor, i.e. dc (ME)H studied as a function of magnetic field. The maximum value of ME coefficient was observed for y=0.30 composite, whereas minimum for y=0.15 composite. Keywords— Composites, Conductivity, ME effect, Resistivity, Tep.
